I decided to continue my education largely through night school because the more I learned the more I realized how little I did know and how much there was to know and to learn. So I enjoy learning. I enjoyed learning with other adults. Particularly at night school we'd get to share common interests - as evidenced by signing up for certain courses - and work on some common problems. So there was some fellowship associated with going to school - some social activity. I had a genuine interest in learning just for learning. So I think some of the benefits that accrued from that was an appreciation of knowledge and what it can do for you and how it will help you develop as an individual. It gives you some perspectives on life - some problem-solving skills, ways of seeing, ways of appreciating what we have or the way things could be. So those are some of the personal benefits I think that came from continuing education - my continuing learning over a number of years. And so it's been enjoyable and useful and fruitful and worthwhile!
